Sifting, Mixing the Meringue, having patience with the Macaronage process, piping, drying for an hour or so before baking, celebrating their feet, and fill. Then gently decorating them. Finally, placing them in an airtight container and putting them in the fridge to let the flavors mature overnight so we can savor each and every bite.
