Thursday, November 9th, 5-8 pm and Saturday, November 11th, 10 am- 3pm. Lots of great vendors set up at RSVP for Bowdon by Candle Light. They will be set up Thursday & Saturday. Some of them are one day only so you will have some on Saturday that will not be there Thursday and vice versa. Y’all be sure to go check them out.

Hey y’all!!

I feel like we talk to so many people via text, messenger, or even at shows. I just wanted to take this moment and introduce ourself and why we started Homeland Designs.

My name is Anna! I am a full time RMA at Carrollton ENT! I love summer time and the beach as well as fall in the south watching college football (Go Dawgs) and spending time with family and friends. I originally started our little side hustle ( formerly known as Sweet Scents car freshies) in the summer of 2021. I wanted to make a few extra dollars, but I also wanted to enjoy what I was doing. Car freshies were becoming popular so I gave it a shot. I honestly could not have started without my sweet mama. The first month or so I can remember making them as soon as I got home from work until at least midnight. My first show was Bowdon Founders Day.I was a complete nervous wreck and wanted everything to go so smoothly. I had so many “what if’s” that day. Y’all I almost sold out in an hour! I was in awe. Fast forward a few months later we did the Hummingbird Festival, as well as Bennett Farms.
Although our car freshies were doing great, my fiancé , Dylan decided we needed more. Dylan is the salesman that will greet you at every show with the cutest smile. I’m telling y’all there is not a single show that we attend that he doesn’t get compliments on his skills 🤗. He is my calm. I want every show to go perfect and sometimes I can be a little much. He handles it so well and reminds me everything will be okay. 😝. It doesn’t matter the outcome that day ,our favorite part is we do it together. We could not do this without our families, especially our mamas. They are always willing to help us any way they can. We added in sublimation shirts and are still looking to add more to the fun! We changed the name of the business to give ourselves more room to grow with merchandise. We love Jesus and America too! Homeland Designs is so special to us. Dylan and I will marry on November 18,2023. Fun Fact—> our logo is our soon to be front yard.

Hi I'm April Hale with Faith Family Camping Creations. I started out just making jewelry for myself and friends and enjoyed it, so I expanded my hobby. I love doing events and meeting new people. I specialize in wood earrings, but also do acrylic, and metal. I also have necklaces, teacher lanyards, key fobs, etc. Attached are a small portion of the over 400 items I will have setup, as well as a few custom orders I've done recently.

My Cottage Kitchen is located in Temple. My husband Ken and I work together in our cottage kitchen. We started this business after we retired from working full time.
