What’s more exciting this time is that
My mom, Sunita Gupta, who is visiting us from New Delhi, India will be performing a free live Yoga demonstration on Saturday, June 11 at Freebee market at 10.30/11 am. 🤩
A little background: She is an active Yoga teacher at internationally, well known institute- “Bhartiya Yoga Sansthan”. She has been teaching Yoga since 5 years and has been trained in organizing yoga camps for the welfare of the masses.
Bhartiya Yog Sansthan is an organization established in 1967 in India and firmly believes in India’s cultural heritage. It draws its inspiration from the greatest human ideal mottos - “ Vasudhev Kutumbam” meaning “Entire Universe is my family” and “ Sarve Bhavantu Sukhina “. Meaning “May all be happy and rejoice in joy”. Today it has more than 4000 free yoga centers and what is most interesting to note that no fee is charged from the aspirants at any center all over the world and everything is run by teams of selfless volunteers, a devoted and dedicated lot, well disciplined in the techniques of yoga by the masters of Sansthan.
My mom is an active volunteer there since many years and has learnt the benefits and techniques of yoga along the way. She is now currently serving as a president of the yoga camp in her town and is looking forward to share her wisdom here at Freebee Market, another well deserving all volunteer run initiative. ❤️
We will be doing a 30-40 minutes yoga demonstration and everyone is welcome to join and do yoga postures with us.
