Roasted loin of pork with apricot, Dijon glaze, makes potato and the gravy is apricot Chipotle, roasted carrots with honey butter, cinnamon and chili P.
This meal was actually easy to make. The gravy was the most labor intensive; creating this unique blend of flavors.
