The word conscious in regards to my conscious cuisine is meant in all forms! The foods that I create are:

"Health conscious" for your body with each ingredient and preparation of that ingredient in its highest quality. Each part of the meal is there with full intention so it does the best for your body fueling it, or helping you heal. Plants are medicine... .leading to --->
"Earth conscious" in

many ways! My cuisines are always made with organic and non gmo produce, nuts, seeds, etc. I get as much of my fruits and veggies and whatever else I can locally grown most often from Jessica's Organic Farm in Sarasota (who also sells produce from other local organic farms!) I do not use animals in my cuisines, for you for the earth and obviously for them ....----->
"Spiritually conscious" I am very mindful of what goes into each part of my meals, it is important to me that no animals are hurt or used in order for me to nourish your souls the way I desire. That also goes for the earth and for other human's, any companies I use follow at least fair trade practices and treat employees well! I put so much love and intention into my foods you will surely feel it!

Last week's Spaghetti Squash & Tomato "Cream" Chickpea Sauce!
Roasted spaghetti squash, simmered homemade tomato sauce with sprouted chickpeas, cashew cream and fresh basil. Topped with grated activated Brazil nut and more basil 🥰
This was perfect! A healthier, whole foods take on vodka sauce with all the flavor, loads more fiber and much more nutrient dense❤️

URGENT‼️ Manatee Shelter is overloaded with dogs. As temps soar into the 90s this week, there are some dogs confined to outdoor kennels.

NO MORE A/C INSIDE SPACE AVAIL.

ONCE AGAIN we are BEGGING for help for the animals that are so hot at times that they don't even care to go out for a walk.

The community was told there would be new kennels build on the Bishop property, they would take "6 months" to build. That was in April 2023. IT'S TIME!

Meanwhile while the community and the animals wait for help we are BEGGING for FOSTERS.

People who have some room in their home to offer a dog some relief, PLEASE CONSIDER FOSTERING for whatever amount of time works for you.

The more people see = more help!

Take a dog for an afternoon a/c car ride and an ice cream.

Italian Loaded Baked Potato! Pretty big! Sautéed bitter greens, baked russet potato, loaded with sautéed mixture of sprouted lentils, onions, garlic, summer squash, peppers, sundried tomato, basil and parsley, topped with way too much cashew cream and sprinkled with h**p seeds!

The bottom layer of my Shepard's Pie! My clients and I have come to really love this dish that I created as a St. Patrick's Day special! Sprouted Millet is giving the dish its ground meatlike texture while also adding iron, protein, fiber and so much more nutrients and flavor to the dish!
