So if you've been paying attention I've lost a little bit of weight over the past few years or so. I went from 360 to 165 to date. Almost 200 pounds off and a few more to go before I begin looking at skin removal surgery. I'm posting this because of a few reasons. 1. I have some friends struggling with health issues who are on the same journey. It does work, you have to have a good mindset. It saved my life. 2. Thank you to the inordinate amount of people who've supported me throughout my journey over the years and 3. Don't wait if you need to get healthy. Life doesn't give us unlimited time to live out our dreams. Do what you need to, to be one healthy. 🩷
