I told Jose that lamb must be fixed right, Dewayne ordered another plate. Congratulations to the Knittel & Milner families on 4th overall market lamb at the IL State Fair!

Everyone knows I don’t post much on Facebook but this past Saturday was an awesome day! I am so proud of Cole and his family for the hard work they put into this lamb to get it to the coliseum. Thank you Rodney Knittel for coming down to the barn and seeing the potential in this lamb before the second online sale.

We been working hard this week trying to create some of the best tacos around. At the Jersey County Fair, IL, we will have lamb and brisket tacos. Make sure to come see us at the fair from Thursday to Sunday.
