Sundays are for baking .... did you know you can BAKE with your WINE???

INGREDIENTS
* 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
* 3/4 cups cocoa powder
* 1 teaspoon kosher salt
* 1 teaspoon baking soda
* 1 stick unsalted butter, softened
* 3/4 cup granulated sugar
* 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
* 1 large egg
* 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1/2 cup ONEHOPE LOVE Red wine
* 10 ounces (or one bag) white chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS:
* Preheat your oven to 375°
* In a mixing bowl combine, the flour, cocoa, salt and baking soda. *Whisk and set aside.
*Using stand mixer (or be**er in a separate mixing bowl), cream together the sugars and butter until light and fluffy.
* Add in the egg & vanilla and mix well.
* Pour in the wine!
* Mix until combined. Then gradually add in the dry ingredients and mix well after each addition.
* Fold in chocolate chips by hand.
* Drop rounded tablespoons onto a prepared baking pan, leaving two inches or so in between.
* Bake in a preheated oven for 8-10 minutes. Let cool slightly before transferring to a wire cooling rack.

Pour yourself a glass of wine and enjoy!
