Brookings Elopement made some great connections this weekend and loved these vendors there were so many I couldn’t capture them all but here are some highlights!

We have so much love for our sisters over at Augustino Estate & Vineyard and their fantastic venue that evokes the essence of a big family wedding. It’s run by family with family in mind, complete with lodging options, picturesque views, a new playground for kids, a capacity of 200 and the best wine you will find!

Pomeroy Family BBQ was so amazing, with their family recipes for bbq, a killer broccoli salad and Mac and cheese that will make you forget you were skipping carbs that day. Thank you for sharing your story on how you started your business. Good food is meant to be shared and we are so glad you did!

Rogue Picnics was another familiar face! It’s always a pleasure when we see them on the job and what a pleasure to get to connect and chat this weekend. I look forward to working with you guys any and every time! Your frose frozen cocktail machinine is genius!

Sugar Rush brought the most beautiful cake and delicious samples. Tracy was sweeter than the cake (which I prefer) and if you’re looking for a dramatic cake I would highly recommend! We watched the cake dive together, it was pretty wild!

Pixy Prints Photography had a super cute photo booth with the best props I’ve ever seen! I loved the full length framed mirror.

Betty’s Hand Dipped Ice Cream had such a beautiful ice cream display built by hand and named after Grandma Betty.

There were over 80 vendors, the place was packed and the brides were flowing!

The Brookings Elopement Company had an amazing experience at the one and only Southern Oregon Wedding Show!! Thank you for putting on such a professional and enjoyable event for both the brides and vendors! You have perfected the experience for everyone we can’t wait to come back next year!

Hi guys! Get your orders in early if you’re looking for something specific (like sunflowers or sweet peas or red roses) your options are wide open while supplies last! Orders will be filled in the order they are placed.

A dozen red roses arranged in a vase with with an assortment of greens and wax flower starts at $125.

Designers choice mixed arrangements start at $100 my average arrangement is $150 with a beautiful mix of hydrangea, roses, and a mix of unique flowers. We make it special for you!

LOCAL WEDDING PLANNER, DAY OF COORDINATION, FULL SERVICE FLORIST & RENTALS.

Let’s set up a time to chat about your upcoming wedding. These wonderful clients picked out an elopement spot for a private ceremony for 10 and the amazing Photography by Lahna Marie -then hired me to fill in the rest! The overall design, rentals, decor, florals, planning and food was put together by my team at Avigail’s Events (Noel was there!) and Our Flower House

Having an overall budget allowed me to make choices suitable to complete the vision and make choices for them that would be impactful on the overall experience. They trusted my experience, my vision and my guidance. I’d describe them as whimsical, fresh, unique and tasteful. The color they picked out was green and they let me do the rest!

My relationship with their elopement venue Coastal Cliffs by the Sea allowed us to do something that hasn’t been done at this venue yet,but was something I had envisioned on one of my jobs there. It was so satisfying to bring it to life and even better than I had imagined.

for some of these florals to help fill out my design with her perfect blooms.

A little talk about my design…I’m not big on symmetry but balance is important. I love how this ceremony floral installation doesn’t take away from the gorgeous skyline but highlights the bride and groom. I love the drama my use of variety of greens bring. I was provided zero inspo photos, which actually works well for me because my inspiration comes from talking to the couple and what organically comes to me. They loved everything I described to them and trusted my vision.

When you book me as your planner, you get a better deal on your florals and your prop rentals/decor. As your planner I use my resources in your best interest. At this time I was able to get a deal on those orchids and made a switch in my design because I knew these flowers would be impactful. I’m glad I did.

What’s great about this size group and venue is our back up rain plan is a mile away at my flower shop! I also rent tents if we wanted to keep it outside.

I am so grateful to get to work with this beautiful couple and have it captured so perfectly by Jenny Renee Photo from Bend.

Dani was such a pleasure to work with and her elopement reception was so perfect to host at Our Flower House . We had dinner and dancing and toasts and all the things in our beautiful intimate setting, located right in downtown Brookings, walkable to the local bars and restaurants.
