LOCAL WEDDING PLANNER, DAY OF COORDINATION, FULL SERVICE FLORIST & RENTALS.

Let’s set up a time to chat about your upcoming wedding. These wonderful clients picked out an elopement spot for a private ceremony for 10 and the amazing Photography by Lahna Marie -then hired me to fill in the rest! The overall design, rentals, decor, florals, planning and food was put together by my team at Avigail’s Events (Noel was there!) and Our Flower House

Having an overall budget allowed me to make choices suitable to complete the vision and make choices for them that would be impactful on the overall experience. They trusted my experience, my vision and my guidance. I’d describe them as whimsical, fresh, unique and tasteful. The color they picked out was green and they let me do the rest!

My relationship with their elopement venue Coastal Cliffs by the Sea allowed us to do something that hasn’t been done at this venue yet,but was something I had envisioned on one of my jobs there. It was so satisfying to bring it to life and even better than I had imagined.

A little talk about my design…I’m not big on symmetry but balance is important. I love how this ceremony floral installation doesn’t take away from the gorgeous skyline but highlights the bride and groom. I love the drama my use of variety of greens bring. I was provided zero inspo photos, which actually works well for me because my inspiration comes from talking to the couple and what organically comes to me. They loved everything I described to them and trusted my vision.

When you book me as your planner, you get a better deal on your florals and your prop rentals/decor. As your planner I use my resources in your best interest. At this time I was able to get a deal on those orchids and made a switch in my design because I knew these flowers would be impactful. I’m glad I did.

What’s great about this size group and venue is our back up rain plan is a mile away at my flower shop! I also rent tents if we wanted to keep it outside.

I am so grateful to get to work with this beautiful couple and have it captured so perfectly by Jenny Renee Photo from Bend.

Dani was such a pleasure to work with and her elopement reception was so perfect to host at Our Flower House . We had dinner and dancing and toasts and all the things in our beautiful intimate setting, located right in downtown Brookings, walkable to the local bars and restaurants.

As your day of coordinator, I’m here for all your timeline following needs and to help keep your wedding day stress free, memorable and in the moment!

What I can also do, is make it beautiful and give you all the tips and tricks to maximize your visual impact within your budget.

Hiring me as your florist at Our Flower House allows me to use my skill to build your vision. I can also use my knowledge of the area, whats in season, what the local growers will have available to customize and curate the best choices for you. I work with my husband who builds all the things I need to make the vision come to life. He also sets up our tents so if the weather doesnt cooperate the problem is solved. He built our farmtables and benches and we love coming up with new things for different reasons.

We had a Magic the Gathering themed wedding and built this cool arbor. We gathered the driftwood during the summer, selecting what we considered cool or interesting.

I love a good design challenge. Listening to what you want and putting together the elements that makes it perfectly you and unique is where my heart is happiest.

There was an arbor floral installation but I forgot to snag a pic 🙈😅 I’m not too worried because I know Sarah Rose Photography has got me!

All in a days work! Delivery to celebrate a special birthday today, hooked up the Elks for an elegant evening of dancing and off to an awesome Halloween party. Throw in a couple soccer games and we are loving this Saturday! I’ll have a gorgeous cooler next week so you might want to check in if you e been wanting to order flowers!
