I don’t WANT to get ducks. I don’t want to be responsible for the health and safety of ducks. I don’t want to take care of ducks when the wind chill is -29. Or the heat index is 129. But I’m afraid my hand is being forced into becoming a shepherd of a flock of Khaki Campbells. Oy vey. 🤦🏼‍♀️ I have a (medically diagnosed) food sensitivity to chicken eggs but NOT duck eggs. Every time I think I’ve found a consistent source of duck eggs, something happens and that source is gone. So I have resolved myself to acquiring a flock in 2024 for Chicken Bacon Ranch Flower Farm. We still won’t have chickens. And we still won’t have bacon. But we WILL have flowers, and ducks, and hopefully bee’s. Spring is coming folks! And spring brings FLOWER! DUCKS! And (maybe) HONEY!
