This guy was taking photos Friday 6/28/24 outside my shop on Cortelyou and East 3rd.
My daughter noticed him taking photos outside my shop where my daughter was sitting. When I went outside he moved to the neighboring businesses taking photos. Not saying he’s a P but just in case…fyi: he has 2 phones….
I feel he could’ve asked permission or explained to the merchants who he was and why he was taking photos, but then again that’s a non-P thing to do.
