Human reproductive and pleasure organs are homologous, which means they are made of the same or similar structures. There's so much misunderstanding about our bodies, and especially others' bodies, but really we're all way more similar than we are different!
What you're watching here is the internal organs related to bodies with vulvas morphing into their homologous counterparts:
🌈clitoris (glans, corpus cavernosum, corpus spongiosum) = pen*s (glans, corpus cavernosum, corpus spongiosum)
🌈urethra = urethra (comes through the corpus spongiosum of the pen*s)
🌈vagina = prostatic utricle
🌈uterus = prostatic utricle
🌈uterine tubes = vas deferens
🌈bladder (it sits in front of the uterus) = bladder
🌈ovaries = testes
& more!
We often only see the external homology of our pleasure and reproductive organs, but the internal organs are connected, too!
Fetuses all start with the same, phenotypically, and around 11ish weeks is when that lump of tissue begins developing into the shapes they ultimately will take. There is no template that they follow and there's no mold that they form out of, which is why there is so much variation in the human body!
Just like our feet, ears, elbows, and noses, our internal and external pleasure and reproductive organs grow in the shape and size they're meant to, and all the variation out there is naturally occuring! Further "proof" (as if we need more?) that the "binary" idea that there are two sets or two kinds or two categories of human and their corresponding bits and pieces is a made-up concept and has no place in life beyond computers, robots, and technology!

Going through these makes my heart sing and helps me remember why I started doing this show 6 years ago. 💜
Sigh. I may have to give in and produce an online show if I can’t do a venue show this summer.
