Very very limited supply of sorghum bundles. Only 4 made but we want to know, would like us to grow more next year? I think they are beautiful myself. We have 3 cornstalks bundles left as well and are trying to get some more of them. Still have plenty of mums. Just starting to bloom. Keep that porch beautiful through October ❤️

We’ve been growing the mums for a couple months now. They aren’t blooming yet but if you are interested in buying them now we can sell them. Our hours will be the same as summer 10-7 Monday through Friday Saturday 9-5 Sunday 12-7

The beautiful scent and looks of a real tree are #1 to some. Do you know there are many other was to enjoy fresh evergreens? Here are just 2 examples. The 1st is an old metal bin we had laying around with some log chunks and and various evergreens.
The 2nd is a pine cleaner that I started a few weeks ago.i will post a link about that.
I have been trying to avoid harsh cleaners for quite awhile now as they tend to be really irritating to my lungs and skin. This is just an example of 1 way to cut back.

What are you doing with all that extra turkey 🦃. We always have way more than we need. Today is the day to save it. I am cutting the meat up and putting 1 pound in freezer bags for meals later like casserole dishes, pot pie or maybe add gravy and put it over noodles 🤷‍♀️ I am also boiling down the carcass for bone broth and will make some yummy soup. Waste nothing is my new motto. Share some of your favorite left over turkey recipes ❤️

BANANA PUDDING BROWNIES ~ 😋😋
24 vanilla wafers
Filling:
8 oz cream cheese
1 box vanilla pudding
1/3 cup milk
2 TBSP banana extract
2 eggs
Brownies:

What do you do with your pumpkins 🎃

There are so many great things that you can use them for once the season draws to an end.

Have chickens or know someone that does? They make amazing treats for them

How about wild life? The winter starts to get slim on food for them. Toss them out in a field or woods.

What about you? They are super nutritious! Cook them down and strain them very well…I usually go all night. Then you can make anything that calls for canned pumpkin. Don’t forget to roast those seeds…salty or sweet you can have a super nutritious snack.

Your canine can get an awesome health boost as well.

Cornstalks and pumpkins
These cornstalks are huge. Approximately 14 stalks per bundle. We have more to gather so no worries. Yes we still have mums to sell as well. Most of them are the later ones so they will bloom for quite awhile still. We also have a few still with color now.

Reminder…today is a big delivery day for us and we won’t be able to be here to sell mums after approximately 3pm. Our daughters are not available as years past and we will literally be loading and going until dark. No worries though there are still plenty of mums available if you can just hold off until the weekend 😉

Best time to come is after 12 pm in case I’m at work. He will be wrapping up with watering by the.
Friday September 8th we will be doing a mum delivery which will have us continually in and out from about 2:30 pm until close.
