Hello family and friends!!! I am letting everyone know that I am taking a small break from events. I have some personal family things going on that require my undivided attention. To all my brides getting married….remember to enjoy your day and regardless what happens at the end of the day you will still be married.
I am not going to be gone forever just a small break. Thank you all for your understanding and I look forward to being back.

This wedding had some of the best vendors at a beautiful venue. I love to promote not only my self but others who are highly qualified and truly excellent in the industry. The Party Proper is one of the best of best in the wedding industry. Brad Glidewell Photography is soooo good at capturing beautiful pictures. The Hy-Vee floral department is exceptional and so talented.
The venue Where The Creeks Meet, LLC is beautiful and has so much character that you can never go wrong with selecting it to host your big day.

What a better way to kick off 2022 Wedding adventures but with a wedding for my own children Denver McKinnon & Hailey Humphrey! To say to I am excited for today would be an understatement. As an event planner I try to make every wedding I coordinate the best day ever as if is was my own child’s big day but today is actually my middle child’s big day. I am so excited to see where the next adventures in life that these two. Thank you to you two for allowing me the opportunity to help you plan, organize and celebrate this day. I love you both more than either of you will ever know and can’t wait to celebrate.

Many are probably wondering where in the heck I have been....I took a little break for the holidays to spend with my family and friends. The year 2021 was a blessing to me as a small business but took some hard losses personally. I would like to thank God first for all the opportunities and wonderful people into my life this past year. I met some wonderful people, worked with some old friends acquired thru this adventure of planning, and most of all seen some true love stories come to life and help make the days the best yet to come. As for 2022, I have very limited spots left and 2023 has been booking quickly. If you are wishing to use the services I offer, please contact me soon. Oh the weather today is going to be a beautiful day…FOR A WEDDING!!!
These two have become not only a client of mine but my friends. Their love story is one of hardship overcome with tremendous love, lots of love and laughter, and most of all respect and love for each other! I am so excited to celebrate Bobbie and Tricia today! Let’s go have fun and make memories!

Topped my weekend off with a special baby shower for a very special couple - Autumn Nicole Mitchell and Wyatt Byrd. It was such an honor to work with Willetta Plemmons and Elizabeth Lynn to make this day wonderful for these new parents to be. Baby Winston is going to be so loved by so many special people.

I have been extremely busy this past weekend!!! Kicked the weekend off with wedding rehearsal and wedding for Mr. & Mrs. Tanner Erin Epperson. The decorating talent of the Graves sisters (Heather Newhart) is absolutely mind blowing. This ceremony and reception was absolutely lovely and I loved ever minute working with this sweet family. Thank you so much for allowing me the opportunity to be a part of your day. I am so excited to see the professional pictures.
FYI - I love doing an event for my child hood friends. Getting to see Heather and working with her has been an absolutely blessing for me....this girl has not changed one bit. Heart of Gold, smiles almost all the time, and her sweet girls are her mini me!
Heather made sure her baby girls day was the absolutely best day ever so far for her.
Thank you to all the vendors who also made this day an absolutely dream come true for the couple; The Magic of Midnight, DJ Scotty Rains, Cater Big T BBQ Shyla Rowden, Taytum Brown Videography. Rosco Ice Cream Truck Kaci Russell-Pemberton and LOZ Photo booth. This group of people are absolutely wonderful to work with.

Oh be still my heart! Taylor Kirkweg is such a talented lady you all! She never disappoints and always captures the best pictures. Not only is she an awesome photographer she is the easiest person to work with. Taylor has a heart of gold and I am always so excited when I ask a bride “who is your photographer” and they respond “Taylor Morgan Photography & Design”.

Oh my oh my! We could not have asked for better weather or a better venue to hold the wedding for the sweet girl Tristen Goldammer and Justin. Be prepared, this post may get a little emotional. The venue The Wildflower is such a beautiful place and pictures can not describe how wonderful it is, Kyle and Shelly are also wonderful to work with and such truly genuine good people. The Trinity Luthern Church is an absolutely stunning church to get married in - absolutely beautiful. The Patterson family have become like family to me (second wedding and the third one coming in June). Benita and Scotty are some of the kindest, funniest, most caring and loving people you will ever meet. Their values and love they share shine through each and everyone of their children. With them adding a son to the mix and letting their daughter go to grow in love with the man of her dreams, they did it with grace and love. In their family I have never heard them use the term "in-law". It is always my son or daughter.
Thank you Tristen and Justin for allowing be to be a part of your big day. You two truly love each other and it shows in all the things I have seen you do together. You two have made a lasting impression on my heart.

What a beautiful weekend for a beautiful wedding!!!! I am so excited to see these two young people say “I Do”! I have enjoyed every step of planning with Tristen and Justin along with the Patterson Family. These are my kind of people - Good hearted, loves to have fun, and they love hard! Congratulations you two and here’s to a beautiful wedding and an awesome reception!
PS....if I was Scotty and Benita Patterson, I don’t think I could have asked for a sweeter guy for their precious girl. These two are an absolute perfect match for each other.

Huge shout out to Town & Country Store Crocker, The Burger Hut, The Magic of Midnight, and Cliff & Mandy McKinnon for the donations for Crocker Prom. With your donations, we were able to offer prizes and door prizes for the kids who attended prom. Thank you very much for your generosity.

WOWZA! Crocker Prom was rocking and rolling last night!!! Thank you to the Junior Class and the Crocker Administration for including me in this event. Crocker kids were so much fun. They all danced and just had a wonderful time. I have to brag on how polite and well manner ALL of the kids were at this even. Being an Iberia graduate and alumni, I have to say Crocker blew me away with their manners and just all around wonderful attitudes. Thank you to the The Magic of Midnight for decorating and providing such a wonderful venue - it truly is the place to hold proms. Victoria, Arin and Aunt Kathy go above and beyond,,,,you girls did an amazing job. Scotty Rains - man you have to be my favorite DJ. You always roll with my ideas, never question me, and support pretty much anything I come up with. Thank you for rocking the crowd and the kids loved it!!! Now to the Crocker Administration and faculty that attended last night - THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. Without your support, help and guidance, prom would have never been possible. All of you (and spouses that were there) are truly dedicated to your school and students. The Crocker School Board and Administration has so much to be proud of - you were represented so well that there are no words to express how great this group was. Feel Free to tag any pictures you want - there will be several more post with pictures. Please notes I am not a good photographer but I tried. Thanks again and I hope all had a great time.
