We had a 14 hour workday yesterday from prep to clean up. 💪🏼 It was hard work, our backs ache from doing 1000 dishes and mopping floors and carrying big coolers, but man, we love what we get to do.

Serving good food and meeting amazing people and getting to connect with our community here in Bryan—it’s why we started Hartt’s. And the icing on top is that we get to do these long hours and hard work together! What a dream. 🥹

We love putting a personalized touch on everything we do.

The client wanted a lighter bbq meal so we served up a smoked turkey sandwich with a kimchi slaw and gochujang bbq sauce. As a side we brightened up our potato salad with yukari pickled veggies and some green onion.
