Why should you hire a wedding coordinator?

So your a wedding diy designing queen who is in top of it all. You wedding is completely planned and everything is done, so why would you need to hire a wedding coordinator? I really hate to say it but even the most organized brides and groom are in for a shock if you try to coordinate your own wedding. Take it from me someone who thought they could. You cannot.

What is a wedding coordinator?
First off a wedding planner and a wedding coordinator are completely different. However one person can be both, a wedding planner plans your wedding and a wedding coordinator coordinates your wedding. As a wedding coordinator we are with you for the final month before your wedding. We focus on the logistics and organization of the wedding day and we serve as your personal assistant for that day. So if anything arises you don’t have to deal with it. Because at the end of the day you should be able to relax, marry the love of your life and dance the night away!

You don’t want to end up working on your wedding day.
No matter how organized you may be, you don’t want to be handling where the vendors need to set up or sewing a button that fell off the mother of the brides dress or even being the one to tell your great aunt that you can’t chat for 50 minutes about how grown up you are. As a wedding coordinator we are the call person. If someone has questions they ask us, if someone is being too rowdy we es**rt them away, if your cake hasn’t been delivered yet we call to figure out when it will get there and adjust your wedding day timeline to fit accordingly.

Wedding coordinators take the information about your wedding and create a timeline for your wedding party, vendors and everyone to go by. From the information about your wedding we make a personalized timeline and then make sure everything runs smoothly and on time.
