The Palate would love to wish our family and friends a Happy Holiday. 🙌🏽🤍🙌🏽

We want to express a very special thanks to all that celebrated the season with us by picking up sushi, hosting family and staff appreciation parties in our space and stopping by when we opened to share a special menu.

A symbol of the times.. I love the ticket holder filled with ❤️ notes.. It’s my hope that our next family project be a book of photos and recipes that tell the Palate love story.

Can you see the steam rolling off the homemade Lefsa ?! 🥰❤️🙌🏽

Lefsa is a thin, Scandinavian potato dough pancake, which will be served with Savor the Wild Alaskan grilled Salmon and a dill cream sauce.

We will be serving this small dish for $14 today from 3-7pm. And a vegan dish of 3 Leftsa for $12

Warm, spiced wine accompanied by a little ginger bread cookie for $10. Heart Baker will have a full display of vegan & gluten free baked goods.

There will be many lovely makers and artists within the Palate today for our Nordic Market. Consider buying local gifts for loved ones, teachers and co-workers.

There will be a little craft table for the kids. Hope you can visit us for our last community event of the year.

Becky of Heart Baker and myself grew up in families whose holidays gatherings were steeped in Scandinavian traditions.

Come by this coming Wednesday for a cup of warm, mulled wine, Becky of Heart Baker will be offering Scandinavian flavors and favorites within her baking menu, along with the preparation of Leftsa, a thin potato-dough pancake.

The leftsa will be paired with a dill cream sauce and a small plate of Savor the Wild Grilled Salmon.

We’re turning the Palate into a Nordic Market, full of warmth and welcoming vibes, local makers and artists. Keep your loved ones, teachers and friends in mind while shopping local!

We are putting great intention and time into the leasing process, as it is our hope to welcome a food and beverage business with a fresh and new offering that our town would embrace and enjoy.

As wreaths symbolize continuous life, we will be using what was once fresh in bloom. In its now dried form, we each create our own everlasting adornment together.

It’s with great excitement that I travel to Howard, Colorado this weekend to serve a Palate meal and hold creative, sparkly space for a women’s retreat, hosted by Jenna Pfingston of and Brandy Wade.

I have walked an important, supported path in my role at work. I love where I live, I love what I do. I am most definitely lifted up by the women of the Palate, and with gratitude and pleasure, I set out to support others. 🙌🏽❤️🙌🏽
