It’s incredible to know that this ginger is grown just up the road. It’s some of our most celebrated moments in our kitchen, knowing that the garlic, vegetables, meat and herbs are at the heart of our local ranching and farming community.

We’re very much looking forward to feeding and its supporters this evening.

We’re rockin’ several catering jobs this weekend and wanted to plan a little ceviche pop-up for the community with ❤️🔥🎶

Stop by the new Coyote Mezcalería today (Saturday!) for live music at 3pm, a signature cocktail & the Palate’s tuna ceviche with wonton chips.

We have a few more preorder spots for Sushi Boat Saturday! We’re offering large sushi boats, small sushi boats, miso and sake for pick up.

Available for pick up from 12pm - 4pm. Ordering is open until 1/19 at 5pm. Be sure to choose a pick up time in the upper left corner.

The Palate would love to wish our family and friends a Happy Holiday. 🙌🏽🤍🙌🏽

We want to express a very special thanks to all that celebrated the season with us by picking up sushi, hosting family and staff appreciation parties in our space and stopping by when we opened to share a special menu.

A symbol of the times.. I love the ticket holder filled with ❤️ notes.. It’s my hope that our next family project be a book of photos and recipes that tell the Palate love story.

A group of local businesses are collecting toys to be distributed to families that need a helping hand this year. If you would like to donate or if you have any toys your kid(s) don’t play with anymore (that are in good condition), please consider donating them to a good cause. We are accepting donations at Rock Paper Scissors, Lemm1030, and Intentions Spa thru Friday.

Alternatively, if you know a family that needs help with gifts, please share this flier and help get the word out!

Can you see the steam rolling off the homemade Lefsa ?! 🥰❤️🙌🏽

Lefsa is a thin, Scandinavian potato dough pancake, which will be served with Savor the Wild Alaskan grilled Salmon and a dill cream sauce.

We will be serving this small dish for $14 today from 3-7pm. And a vegan dish of 3 Leftsa for $12

Warm, spiced wine accompanied by a little ginger bread cookie for $10. Heart Baker will have a full display of vegan & gluten free baked goods.

There will be many lovely makers and artists within the Palate today for our Nordic Market. Consider buying local gifts for loved ones, teachers and co-workers.

There will be a little craft table for the kids. Hope you can visit us for our last community event of the year.
