There is only one day you get to be a bride and groom, one day to wear your wedding dress and suit, then it normally gets put away and never worn again. But you put so much time, energy, and money choosing the perfect dress and suit for your big day—pieces that represent so much more than just clothing, they’re memories in the making, representing months (or even years) of dreaming, planning, and anticipation.

That’s why it’s so important to take the time to capture them—not just in photos with your partner, but on your own and as standalone pieces of art too. Being able to look back and remember how you felt in them and preserve the intricate details, the elegance, and the feeling of those carefully chosen pieces is precious.

On the wedding/elopement day, I always like to take some time to grab some portraits individually with the bride and groom, making sure I get every detail of what is worn. What you wear on your wedding day isn’t just an outfit, it tells a story, and they deserve to be remembered just as beautifully as the day itself 🖤

A mix of moments and details on 35mm film 🎞️🥂

I started adding film into my wedding and elopement days last year, and I truly will never go back! Film brings such timeless, nostalgic quality to your wedding photos and your memories. The soft grain and rich colors create images with depth and emotion that digital just can’t replicate. I felt myself torn with my work, loving yet not totally satisfied with my edits. Then I realized it was because I love both the timeless and dreamy look, but also the grainy and nostalgic feel. So adding film in just felt completely right!

I also fell in love with the intention behind shooting film! I’ve always had a storytelling approach, and prioritize couples slowing down and experiencing the wedding day, and film just naturally allows for that. With fewer frames per roll, film photos are more deliberate and intentional, capturing authentic moments with thoughtfulness and care. It’s not just about capturing memories—it’s about preserving the soul of your day!

Moab will always have a special place in my heart, and getting to share that love with a couple in love makes it even more special!

The first time I ever went to Moab, I camped out of my car, took night photos and saw the Milky Way for the first time while vibing out to some chill music at
2am. It was my favorite memory of my first road trip!

Getting to come back for a second time to document an elopement, was a dream come true. The landscape is NOTHING like New York (no green in sight lol), and I was loving how the colors melted together from the orange sunset to the red rock.

In 2024 I took some time to slow down on travel and capturing adventure elopements, but for 2025 I can’t wait to get back out there and give in to that travel bug 😉

As 2024 comes to a close, I can’t help but feel reflective and thankful.

57 couples, 25 weddings/elopements 25,000 miles driven, 5 flights and countless memories 🫶🏻

I started out the year moving into my first apartment and learned how to live on my own, and give myself some stability

I was diagnosed with OCD, and started working on treating that along with anxiety and depression. These are things I’ve dealt with most of my life, as most people do. I’m always here and happy to lend an ear to listen or shoulder to cry on if anyone needs 🥰

I shot my first destination wedding in Ireland with my boyfriend

I celebrated two years with my boyfriend ❤️

I saw my brother get married, and I got to be apart of his wedding

I took my first vacation in a year and a half, and started learning how to balance work and life

I met so many wonderful other people in this wedding community, made new friendships, and even documented some of their memories

This year wasn’t perfect, but it was filled with so much love, growth and so much to be grateful for. Everything I have today, I would have because of all of you, so thank you for all the support, love and trust, and an incredible fourth year of business ☺️

Merry Christmas Eve 🎄 I had to share one more session before the holidays, and Lindsey + Eric’s snowy puppy-filled session felt like the perfect one!

Having another photographer in front of the camera is so nerve wracking, but it is also so humbling and the biggest honor. We got to run around in the snow with their pups Chilo and Marvin, and it truly felt like a moment taken from a hallmark movie ❄️ so happy to be the one to capture my beautiful friend and all the love and joy and the special in-between moments of her gorgeous family ☺️

There have been so many magical and love-filled moments I’ve gotten to capture this holiday season, so many I haven’t shared yet on here, but I just want to say that I am so grateful for all the support and trust to capture your once in a lifetime moments! I love what I do and I’m only able to do it because of all of you ❤️
