Unfortunately, I'm going to have to follow the same policy going forward!!! I'll always support other small businesses that align with mine!!!
NEW POLICY: Unfortunately I no longer have a choice but moving forward and effective immediately starting 11/1/23 any new event booked or install will require a non-refundable deposit, requirement of 50% balance to be paid no later then 90 days prior to an event and lastly prior to completion (one month prior maximum) payment in full will be required. No exceptions.
Please know this is being posted with heavy heart but only allows for me to protect myself, my business and most of all current and prospective clients. π
Those that know me know how difficult this is for me to enforce being I have always tried to be patient, understanding and accommodating to everyoneβs specific situations β¦β¦always. π
I genuinely passionately love what I do and embrace all my other small business vendors and owners I have the pleasure of working with.
The dark forgotten side of being a small business owner and independently owned and operated is we are a SMALL business. Meaning this is our livelihood, our entire personal and professional lives revolve around our business, our families count on us, our future and existing clients count on us, we have to count on ourselves, our business is everything to us, we schedule, budget and plan ahead based upon every move we make. Every decision we make whether thats a year ago, 3 months ago, last week, today and even tomorrow has to be thought about in advance and effects multiple things not just one. Sometimes this can even become a domino effect unfortunately. Essentially our whole lives depend on it. We work long endless hours that are forgotten about or not considered, we are not usually tipped nor do we receive a bonus or paid vacation time, we are loyal and committed to a fault, perfectionist by trade and most of all we put everyone and everyone else first before ourselves. Whether this is time, friends, family, financially and overall wellbeing everyone else comes first.
With all that being said why do we do what what we do then? Its for the passion, dedication, loyal customers and clients to help who allow us to exist and to grow just as they depend on our loyalty and honesty from a business owner providing a good or service.
I apologize in advance for any of my already amazing loyal clients or potential clients this new policy has to be enforced. On a positive note β¦.. I absolutely look forward to whats left for the end of this year and most of all what 2024 has to bring! Website, merchandising, new marketing, added services, added fun trendy inventory for use, multi-state offerings, VIP client repeat loyalty cash back/rewards program AKA (dai$sy ca$h) + MORE!!!! (Dont worry I already have written down all my past clients to be eligible immediately to start receiving double on first event booked for 2024 or referral)
Once again I sincerely appreciate those who continue to support me and appreciate what I do! Your the best! π
