Anyone else LOVE this color? Hubby isn’t a fan but I am addicted. Supply issues have us still very far behind so I stroll different stores browsing for ideas. Thinking for a bathroom. Maybe a “pool bath” in the lagoon area. Where would you use it?

So excited for the salon that will be on property. I have already started buying dresses to go to the room where girls in need for prom can come and find a dress, at no charge. This will tie into the bridal salon and just be a seperate thing brought out for prom season. I just can not pass up a good deal I know can be used.

We LOVE Tikiz Of NE Atlanta as they came to our neighborhood a little bit ago. We have their information for once we are built. They will be allowed on property as an “add on” that couples/guest can hire for their wedding or event. Imagine having a “shaved ice truck” at the Luau pavilion to bring a little something special for your guest.

Land survey had been completed!!!! Just one more step in the long process of us opening our dream.

We found even more perfect land and no need to wait for a court date with neighbors. Fingers crossed everything goes through soon so we can start building. We understand the pandemic has change a lot of things and put most things behind so we are just “rolling with it”. The land we are looking at now is overlooking the Blue Ridge Mountains and stunning. It is truly my dream location.

We may not be able to build yet but we can get other things going. We made a deal to get trucks for the venue and have it on paper for when we need them. We were able to make some new connections with vendors to bring to our couples and clients. We are also working on designs and landscaping more in depth.

What do you want to see brought to the area?

Land is in an awesome spot but our court date with the neighbors got pushed back again due to COVID-19 pushing back other “more important” cases. Just means more time to perfect the venues plans! They said we will “have a court date sometime before summer.” Thankfully our workers ensure us they can build quickly and correctly. I have built many houses from the ground up and hubby holds a masters in archatectural and mechanical engendering so we would know if they try to cut corners.

We are in the designing stages now and looking for vendors that are required for certain elements to the build. Due to COVID-19 quarantine we are a bit behind on my personal timeline but that gave us time to think and add even more to our overall plans. Things are opening back up so we can start working with our team of vendors and architect to get designs nailed down and hopefully soon more onto the next step!
