We had the pleasure of hosting another spectacular tasting for John Muir Health’s 2025 Annual Gala this November! 🎶 With the theme ‘Celebrate John Muir Health: Heart of Rock ‘n’ Roll’, it’s shaping up to live up to its reputation as one of the most fun Galas in the Bay Area! 💖

We’re thrilled to collaborate with some of our favorite vendors, including the talented and , to create an extraordinary evening. The ‘Heart of Rock ‘n’ Roll Mousse Cake’, ‘Pour Some Chocolate on Me Dome’, and the Pistachio Frangipane Tart all sparked lively discussions. Unfortunately, only one could be selected. Stay tuned for our post in November to see the outcome! 🍰

We were honored to produce the 37th Annual All-Star Chef & Vintners Gala for www.mowsf.org —just as we have for the past 30 years. Hosted at the iconic Festival Pavilion, this unforgettable evening welcomed 750 guests for a seated dinner featuring exquisite dishes and wines, thanks to some of the Bay Area’s most celebrated chefs and vintners. 📸✨⁠

Thanks to the generosity of attendees, an incredible $5.7 million was raised to support Meals on Wheels SF, which provides over 2 million meals—and so much more—to homebound seniors each year. 💛⁠

Beyond the bites, what truly makes each event special is the incredible couples we’ve had the privilege to work with over the years. Filoli Gardens has been the backdrop for so many extraordinary weddings, and this one was no exception. Captured beautifully by the talented Lisa Cleveland, the venue was simply breathtaking. With our trio of eclairs, each one is more indulgent than the next. The raspberry rose eclair is delicately infused with rose water and filled with a velvety raspberry ganache. The pistachio eclair marries a rich pistachio Bavarian cream with a drizzle of floral honey. And finally, the lemon drop eclair features zesty lemon curd topped with a decadent white chocolate and candy zest for a little sparkle.
