A couple of our regular customers were participating at blizzard bash this week and requested some easy meals. We loaded them up with potato soup, beef enchiladas, chicken tortilla soup, chili, and a variety of cookies.

This evening we made some appetizers for the sunset social at the Coffey County Chamber of Commerce. Once again, being in a hurry I forgot to snap pics of something, but we sent pumpkin dip with ginger snaps, spinach artichoke cresent cups, and sausage balls.

What. A. Day.

Three caterings for us today. First off was a lunch delivery of chicken fried chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, corn, and rolls-to a wedding for a dear sweet friend. Then back to the kitchen to prepare an Italian meal for a birthday party. Baked spaghetti, chicken alfredo and garlic bread. And guess what, we forgot pics of it 🙃. Our final delivery was to Leroy for their benefit gala. We served chicken gnocchi and zuppa toscano soup in bread bowls with olive garden style salad, and a variety of cheesecakes as well as canoli's. We are so blessed to have these opportunities to serve. We love what we do. Thank you to everyone that entrusts us to help prepare and execute special food for special occasions. 🥰
