Shew! We worked hard on this one and it was a success. We catered EMP Shields holiday party. They enjoyed appetizers to start off with that consisted of sausage balls, a veggie tray and shrimp cocktail. For their meal, we served a side salad, hand carved prime rib, tuscan chicken, gluten free green bean casserole, roasted potatoes, pasta salad and rolls. Dessert included a gluten free apple pie, regular apple pie, red velvet cake with cream cheese icing, and white cake cupcakes with white chocolate buttercream topped with frosted cranberries. Y♡U♡M!!

We greatly appreciate the opportunity to serve this wonderful group!

A couple of items some customers picked up for Christmas day food. One customer inquired about a carnivore spread but incorporated some other selctions for those not strictly carnivore. They enjoyed a carnivore charcuterie with the addition of bread, olives, pickles, crackers, and bell pepper, along with a meatballs dish, and bacon dip.

Another customer requested make and take ham sliders and pig n blankets. We also served homemade cilantro dip with frito scoops. Delish!

Today we catered an entire days worth of meals for some ladies that enjoyed celebrating Christmas-baking for others.

We served them cinnamon rolls for breakfast, chicken salad croissants and fresh fruit for lunch. For dinner they had a taco bar with beef, salsa chicken, rice, hard & soft shells, toppings, chips, salsa, and guac.
