A couple of items some customers picked up for Christmas day food. One customer inquired about a carnivore spread but incorporated some other selctions for those not strictly carnivore. They enjoyed a carnivore charcuterie with the addition of bread, olives, pickles, crackers, and bell pepper, along with a meatballs dish, and bacon dip.

Another customer requested make and take ham sliders and pig n blankets. We also served homemade cilantro dip with frito scoops. Delish!

Today we catered an entire days worth of meals for some ladies that enjoyed celebrating Christmas-baking for others.

We served them cinnamon rolls for breakfast, chicken salad croissants and fresh fruit for lunch. For dinner they had a taco bar with beef, salsa chicken, rice, hard & soft shells, toppings, chips, salsa, and guac.

Finger-style foods we prepared for the staff of the Burlington postal service. Veggies tray, cold cut tray, meatballs, chicken salad croissants, bacon ranch pasta salad, and brownie strawberry santa hats for dessert.

Last night we served for Hoovers Christmas party. What a fun time! We were asked to do a meal BUT also they wanted a cookie bar AND cocoa bar. We were super thrilled to provide!

Their meal consisted of sliced roast beef, chicken fried chicken, mashed potatoes, brown & white gravy, green beans, salad, and dinner rolls.

The cookie bar had peppermint melt-aways, red velvet kiss, grinch cookies, cranberry orange, butter cookies, cherry kiss, nut snowballs, Santa Claus cake, and peppermint cupcakes.

The cocoa bar consisted of white chocolate and traditional chocolate cocoa. Toppings included carmel tidbits, crushed oreos, heath candy, crushed peppermint, mini marshmallows, grinch dipped marshmallows, Hershey kisses, and chocolate dipped candied pretzels.

We have the most amazing team, as always. Margaret, Mike, Kristen, and Parker never batted an eye and helped us accomplish a wonderful holiday party. And last but not least, to our husband's. Thank you for being understanding of the time that goes into all the prep work and helping out as well!

Another super busy day. We started by getting ready for a business meeting/training luncheon with cinnamon rolls, ham/swiss sliders, bacon ranch pasta salad and for dessert, hot chocolate cupcakes.

We delivered 2 dozen cookies along with 2 Christmas candy trays of sugar cookie fudge and toffee cracker candy.

This evening we served our chicken fried chicken dinner to Coffey County Transportation's Christmas celebration. They're dessert table consisted of Santa Claus cake, biscoff cinnamon rolls, and a cookie tray. We appreciate everyone and hope you enjoyed your meals and treats!
