What a busy week of celebrating our nations birthday. Started with fireworks at the The Rustic Burch Event & Venue, then to Northeast Park for the firework extravaganza and big splash pool event, then celebrated my daughter’s 19th, and finished up at the Coleman Barn! We hope you all had a safe and wonderful Independence Day! Pics of all the fireworks coming later of all the great shows.

It was a great day out at Northeast Park pool today. The big splash contest and an added belly buster contest was a success!The pool is open all summer and has a great family atmosphere. Love it every time they have me to come out!! Happy 4th everybody!!

The County’s biggest fireworks display will light up the night at the annual Fireworks Extravaganza. Guilford County Parks will host the event at Northeast Park, 3441 Northeast Park Dr., Gibsonville on July 3. Guests should arrive at the park no later than 7 p.m. and plan to stay until after the fireworks finale.
