The beginning
After several years of running restaurants, I decided it was time to expand my culinary knowledge. I moved from NW Ohio to Central Florida where I attended Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School. Shortly after graduation I was asked to do the food for my cousin's wedding and loved it. Lavish Delights and Catering was born from there. I love composing menus for weddings, events, and parties. I have even expanded into cakes and bartending as the business grows.
