Crystal and I served at the brand new AMAZING event center on the square in Mountain Grove tonight!! The Candler Venue at Grove Sq. is such a beautiful and elegant venue!!! Tonight's menu was garden salad with ranch, smoked peach pork loin, loaded mashed potatoes, dinner roll with butter and for dessert brown butter blondies with candied pecans and homemade salted caramel sauce 😍😍😍 thank you Amanda so much for having us back again this year. What an amazing gracious group of guests!!! Thank you Crystal for everything!!!

Did a quick delivery this morning for breakfast and lunch for the MacPherson clan... Some of the most amazing people I know!! Show-Me Shed Dogs big super bowl event this weekend. Breakfast burritos and food lunch pulled pork sandwiches & baked beans with finger foods (buffalo chicken dip, crescent smokies, pinwheels) for lunch. Thanks Robin and Jason, I always appreciate you guys so much!!

Breakfast was sliced ham with blueberry cream casserole, and fresh sweetened strawberries on the side. Lunch was a taco/nacho bar with caramel apple flautas for dessert.

This is what Crystal and I did tonight!!! 2024 Willow Springs Chamber banquet - 195 guests - garden salad, southern green beans, roasted garlic smashed red potatoes, chicken marsala with mushrooms, sliced smoked brisket, fresh baked yeast rolls, fresh baked homemade apple cobbler and cherry cobbler. Thank you so much Kim and the Willow Springs Chamber for trusting me with your special banquet this year. Love you guys! Loved visiting with everyone, what a great evening! Well I need to give a big shout out to Hoshizaki USA!!! As a lot of you saw I had a freezer go out unexpectedly a few weeks back while still fairly new. Only a couple years old. After writing the company, they promptly responded and they have decided to replace my unit with a brand new unit. I'm so impressed with this company! So thank you Hoshizaki USA!!! Breakfast was sausage, egg and cheese burritos with salsa, side of bacon and fresh sweet grapes with fruit juice. Lunch is garden salad, London broil, scalloped potatoes, au gratin, mixed veggies, fresh rolls and apple crisp with vanilla ice cream. Yum!!! See y'all next month 🥰🥰🥰
