We are hiring set up crews & delivery drivers.
*Part time positions available*

We rent out Tents, tables, chairs & inflatables. We are looking for responsible, dependable people who enjoy working outdoors that can follow instructions. Heavy lifting is necessary. Some travel is required. Mostly weekends Fri-Sun, some weekdays are possible. The more responsible, the more hours can be given. We can work around your main source of income.
Drivers position must have a valid Drivers License, experience in hauling trailers and good customer service skills. Paid by the job.

Attention all business owners, friends and community members…. In an effort to preserve and improve our Local District Fair, we are asking for sponsor contributions. As you can see, these sponsorships will promote any business thats graciously donates funding to assist in our efforts. Each year our District fair depends on sponsorships to keep revolving. Not only are we seeking to keep our fair alive but we want to see it grow and evolve into bigger & better for years to come. Our fair used to bring thousands of tourists and locals together who spend money in our local shops, restaurants and hotels. It is crucial that we ALL work together to build it back up. Please inbox us if you see a sponsorship tier that will benefit you as a business as well as our communities beloved fair.
Some of this years events include; The Veterans Salute and Veterans appreciation dinner, Battle of The Bands, live entertainment, Open Bingo Hall, Routines from our local Cheer Groups, beer tent, vendor sales & more!!!

Just a lil information while booking your reservations: we require 50% down to secure your event date. We can quote you over the phone unless we get new requests, then it may require a text or phone call back. If the quote is accepted, We gather information about your event needs, send you an invoice payable via email for the deposit and we collect the remaing balance upon delivery. Easy peasy 😃
To guarantee your date is secure, the invoice must be paid 7 days after received. Unfortunately, we can not hold reservations longer than that 7 day period.. we have lots of calls everyday and a waiting list for some popular weekends. Wow!!! What a year ❤️❤️❤️
We just finished up our season with the last bounce house going out IN MID DECEMBER 🤩
I can’t believe all the wonderful supportive customers we have. Its just amazing!!!
Thank you Cadillac and surrounding areas for choosing Northern Star Event Rentals for your events!!! Because of your support we were able to meet the needs of some very special events and donate items for these fundraisers…

Spring is in the air!!! The 2023 season is almost here!
Reservations are starting to trickle in from new and returning customers and we are getting excited for our season to begin.
Just a reminder, we don’t actually open our office until April 10th so if we don’t respond within minutes to your inquiry, please be assured we will not miss your message and will reach out to you as soon as we get it. Inflatables will start going out when the snow is completely gone and we know the temperature will stay above 50 degrees.
Invoices will start going out May 1st for your services requested..
