It was a night full of joy to celebrate Michele’s 50th birthday. The star of the menu was the garlic olive oil infused cauliflower steaks on vegan butternut squash purée with chimichurri and toasted pine nuts. Thanks for having me it was a pleasure to be with you ladies.
