To be vulnerable is to be like water… fluid, transparent & profoundly capable of nurturing growth in unexpected places!!! 💜🙏🏽😊

I just returned from a week in the Costa Rican rainforest where I took the incredible Level 1 & 2 Authentic Relating trainings with ! 🌴🦥 I figured since I already did an amazing AR training with I’d just dive a little deeper, learn some new games & improve my facilitation skills but WOWWW!!! These trainings went soooooo beyond just these! 💥✨

Talk about diving into my core wounds, trigger patterns, lions, tigers & bears OH MYYY!!! 🙈😱🫣🤪

As I continue to integrate these into my life, I’m stoked to share more with everyone!!!🩵

18 years ago, a puppy named Chops joined my life… many of you got to know this magical soul!!! 🤗🤗 My love for him cracked open something inside of me SO deeply that overnight I gave up eating animals & my life has been forever changed! 🙏🏽✨💖

Isn’t it wild to think how much one decision can impact your entire life??! 🥹

If we know each other from the Woodstock Fruit Festival… it’s because of Chops!
