Smoked country ham 101.
1.Prep the country ham, make it nice and clean.
2. Smoke it low and slow to hit that perfect temperature.
3. Slice the ham and admire the juicy texture and aroma. (Maybe a little sample because it looks so good)
4. Package the ham to give it to another satisfied customer.
