The remaining Concerts at St. Helena Amphitheater for the 2024 season have unfortunately been canceled. Although we have great Sponsors that help to make these concerts possible, it is impossible to put on ten events at this level without a signicant amount of money being raised at each event. In fact, half of the money we needed had to be generated from the events.

K8 Event Team believed that would be possible to generate this revenue through alcohol sales, parking, vendor fees, raffles & and concession sales but we were wrong. These events are not funded by the City or with tax payer dollars. The City has no involvement besides renting the Park and Amphitheater. The average Concert this year cost over $5,000 with festivals being even more expensive. We hope to continue to bring these events to Canal Fulton but changes will need to be made for K8 Event Team to continue.

If we can raise the same amount in Sponsorship in 2025, we can put on 5-6 Concerts next season. Additional money raised at the Events could then be used for more Concerts and also to help Northwest Music Department. K8 Event Team is a non-profit and honors my niece Kate that passed away at 19 to Cancer. She was a lover of music, playing the guitar and singing. We want to support the local youth who cannot afford music lessons and/or instruments. We hoped to raise money this year for that purpose but failed. In the future, hopefully we can put on great events and raise money for Nothwest School at the same time.

I would like to eliminate the parking fee and instead have a low $5 admission fee. We tried to do that this year but it was turned down by City Council and the Park Board. Although we would love to offer completely free concerts.. it is not a sustainable strategy. If we had been granted $5 admission, there would be money to continue the performances and we would not be canceling. We need a carryover as well for equipment upgrades, added expenses and to hopefully bring in bigger and better shows. If K8 Event Team continues, concerts will be 3-3.5 hours only. We feel the parking lot should also be open to people who want to use the park and are not there for the Concert. An admission fee would solve that problem.

K8 Event Team and TNT Marketing LLC have worked very hard to have the Amphitheater built and to bring these Concerts into Canal Fulton. We thank the City for their investment in the Amphitheater and we will continue to work to make this sustainable for many years to come. We apologize to the bands that were canceled and to all the residents/guests wanting to see these shows. My team is all very upset that we cannot complete the season. We reached out to see if we could get any new Sponsors but failed to do so. I even asked the City to "take over" the remaining events but that didn't work out either.

We want to thank the following Sponsors for their generosity this season: DiStefano Insurance, Bell Stores, Hiller Excavating, Keys4YourRide, Brew Kettle, MCTV, Republic Services, Skipco Auto Auction, Barrington Carpet and Flooring, Butterbridge Cemetery, The Softener Guy and SQ Construction. Many of these Sponsors have supported the Concert Series for the last three years. Without their love of the Community we could not have one Concert. So please remember them when needing a service or product they provide.

Due to severe weather/rain forecasted during the event, the MSB Tribute "In The Heartland" has been canceled for Saturday Aug 17th. We highly recommend seeing them perform at any of their upcoming shows. Eric Brooke and the rest of the band are super talented. They put on the best performance we had last season. They are truly an awesome band and we were honored they put us on their schedule. Hoping to see them back in 2025.

Canal Fulton Provisions supports the Community! Stop by St. Helena Heritage Park today (Sunday 8/11) from noon-7 pm for a free hotdog. Courtesy of CFP! There will be music, free bounce houses, free sno-cones, face painting for the kids, and more! This event is put together by K8 Event Team with the help of Crosspoint Church and the volunteering of talented musicians. Everything is free. Donations will be accepted so we can continue this event next year.

Looking forward to tomorrow? We are ready to Rock with Ohio's Ultimate Lynyrd Skynyrd Tribute at 8pm. Three Great bands will be performing from 2-10pm. Southern Roots and Whiskey Loco will also take the stage. All money raised at the Event helps K8 Event Team continue to put on these great Events. We could not do this with out the revenue raised from parking, food, alcohol, raffle/50/50 and vendors. Our Sponsors contribute about half the money needed and the rest is earned at each event. So please support these events if you wish for them to continue. We hope to see you at the County Rock Festival tomorrow at St.
Helena Amphitheater.

Karaoke Contest this Saturday (7/27) at the Country Rock Festival. Winner recieves $100 with two chances to win. First Contest between 4-5pm and second contest from 7-8pm. Country Rock Festival this Saturday (7/27) from 2-10pm at St. Helena Amphitheather in Canal Fulton. From Southern Rock to Modern Country we have something for everyone. Southern Roots Band features songs from the Allman Bros, CCR, ZZ Top & More and will be opening the music festival from 2-4pm. Whiskey Loco takes the stage from 5-7pm and performs Modern Country Hits. Bring your cowboy boots/hat and show off some moves on the dance pad. Lynyrd Skynyrd Tribute "Mister Breeze" will headline the event from 8-10:15pm. Will they play Free Bird? Yes they will so get ready to start singing. Beers/ Seltzers are $6. We also have local wine from S*M Winery. Don Brands Pizza available by the Slice, Miller-Doan Tavern Cheeseburgers, hotdogs, corndogs, soft pretzels served as well. Plus, Brew Kettle, Yummy Pita and Travelin' Tom's Coffee will be there too. Still want more? Enter the Karaoke Contest at 4pm and again at 7pm for your chance to win $100 each time. Enjoy Modern Country Hits with "Whiskey Loco" from 5-7pm at St. Helena Amphitheater in Canal Fulton this Saturday (7/27). They are part of the Country Rock Festival which goes from 2-10pm. Southern Roots will be performing at 2pm with Special Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Recognized Guest Chris Wintrip. They specialize in Southern Rock and their talent is off the charts. We are honored to have them open the show. The great Lynyrd Skynyrd Tribute "Mister Breeze" will take the stage from 8-10pm. $15 parking at St. Helena and all proceeds help to pay for Concert Series/Festivals . Who's ready to rock to some Lynyrd Skynyrd this weekend? Mister Breeze is performing at St. Helena Amphitheater on Saturday (7/27) at the Country Rock Festival from 8-10 pm. Southern Roots Band performs from 2-4 pm. Whiskey Loco will take the stage from 5-7pm playing today's Modern Country hits. We have two Karaoke contests: the first one is from 4-5 pm and the second one is from 7-8pm. The winner from each contest will win $100 and advance to the Finals for a chance to win $1,000. Beer/Wine/Seltzer for sale at the event. Parking is $15 at St. Helena Heritage Park but admission is free and free parking is available in the downtown area. As always, we recommend grabbing lunch or dinner at Miller-Doan Tavern, The Barrel Room or the Canal Boat Lounge and/or grab an adult beverage togo in a DORA cup. Overboard: The Love Boat Band performs at 8pm. Karaoke contests at 4pm and again at 7pm. Beer/Wine for sale at Concert plus great food. Show off some moves on the dance floor in front of the stage. Family fun for all ages. Bring a lawn chair and please be aware there is no smoking/vaping allowed in the Concert Area, no coolers or canopies permitted and unfortunately no pets. $15 parking at St. Helena Amphitheater starting at 5pm. Free admission and free parking areas in downtown but you will need to walk in. Happy hour from 2-5pm with $4 Beers/Seltzers. TODAY! Saturday (7/20) get your dancing shoes on and come down to St. Helena Amphitheater in Canal Fulton for the Dance Fever Festival located in St. Helena Heritage Park. Starlite performs MOTOWN hits from 2-4pm, Karaoke from 4-5 pm, Jimmy & The Soulblazers take the stage from 5-7pm, Karoake again at 7-8pm and Overboard: The Love Boat Band plays from 8-10:15 pm. Overboard plays a lot of great 70's music. Very talented band with high energy and great to dance the night away with. No parking charge from 2-5pm. Happy hour from 2-5pm with $4 beers/seltzers. At 5pm parking will be $15 at St. Helena Heritage Park Parking Lot. Free admission and free parking areas in downtown. Beer and wine for sale at the event.
