We had a lovely time today at Greenwood Community Days!! We got a chance to chat with some of our amazing village members, listened to some great tunes and served some delicious drinks 😍🤤

Make lemon infused simple syrup with me!
▪️Equal parts sugar to water (this is 2 cups / 2 cups)
▪️Zest 4 lemons
▪️Juice of 4 lemons
Toss squeezed lemons, juice and zest into your sugar/water mixture. Bring to a boil (approx 5-7min). Strain seeds, zest and lemons. Transfer to your container and refrigerate. Keeps for 2-3 weeks in an airtight container in the fridge.
