Today is a day, we pay homage to the Japanese Americans Veterans Twin Cities JACL . Our honorable General Paul Nakasone and Lieutenant Fong Lor were invited to deliver a speech to honor our Japanese American Veterans and families at Fort Snelling National Cemetery. It is truly an honor to be a witness, a deep and thoughtful moment to remember in each one of the attendees heart.

Fort Snelling was home to a linguistics school, where about 6,000 people were trained in Japanese language. Those linguists went on to break codes and serve on the front lines, a role military officials said was crucial in bringing the end to the war.

No words can describe the amount of energy you sat on our humble stage under such a heated day. We the team, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your beautiful traditional, modern, art martial performance. All of your culture was so educational and definitely a big eye opener to those who have not seen the true value of this precious heritage. AMVP in the making ...

To all our loyal followers, friends and families by the numbers all across the United States and other countries. Due to several obstacles we are postponing all future major events only at the AMVP park (American Veterans Memorial Park) for better and more to come soon. We are currently working with the Goodhue county and mother nature for the park to grow properly prior to future major events. We also apologize for those whom planned and purchase their airfares, hotels, rentals for this Memorial Weekend and July festival. Do not get discouraged my fellow AMVP crowd... MN especially the twin cities still offers you a large variety of entertainment to attend during the month of May to July 2023. Meanwhile we do have available dates to family / friends / private party /groups gathering or picnic etc... Feel free to contact us at 651-403-3918 for any reservations.

Last but not least, Toufong and I want to thank all of you from the bottom of our hearts for supporting this mission, on the grand opening day, Hmong day, Karen and Korean day. We had so many great and happy feedback from all three organizations/ ethnic groups, attendees, drive by guests, neighbors, volunteers, Hollywood movie stars, Opera singer, dance performers, legendary singers , different schools educators, distinguished guests, world wide racer, social media popular inspirator, CO NC CA WA WI MN OK AR FL MI guests, Corvette crew, Motorcycle crew, Bicyclist crew, veterans from the Korean war, veterans from the Vietnam war, veterans for the Secret War, Afghanistan refugees, Ukrainian refugees, Lao refugees, and Vietnam refugees.
