We are pleased to announce that our food truck will be visiting Sage View Ranch this Thursday from 5-8:30. Our menu includes burgers, brats, knot nachos, applewood smoked pulled pork, as well as options suitable for vegetarians and those with gluten intolerance. Sage View Ranch

I want to say Happy Birthday to my oldest son today Adriel Montes. Today is a special day as Adriel came to our little town in Paonia, Colorado and fell in love with this magical place. We are blessed to be able to celebrate his birthday in Paonia with him. Adriel started a really cool pop up doing Out of this world Ozzy's Smashburgers on AP Catering and Destinations patio. I am beyond proud of my son as he gave everything he had to help in creating AP Patio and starting his own business which soon became a huge hit on Thursdays and Friday Nights. Soon ( April 25) he is blasting off to Broken Bow Oklahoma to be able to be closer to his son Ostyn ( Ozzy) and start an Ozzy’s there. I am forever grateful for the short time we had together again in the kitchen, as Adriel started his career on my line at The Breakfast Club in Lake Elsinore, California 20 years ago. I love you son thanks for hanging in kitchen again we will miss Chef Adriel. Please come support him the next couple weeks as he continues to sell “Out of this world” burgers. Happy Happy Birthday Adriel Montes you rock, you got this!
P.S AP’s Cafe will be continuing Thursday & Friday Nights with a menu coming soon.
