Making roasted mushroom ravioli! A lesson with my son and his wonderful partner. They did a great job and the results were very tasty ! Pancetta topped and fresh herbs from the garden: basil, marjoram and Italian parsley. Yeah!

I am very excited about this new venture and am using the Greek work Opa to celebrate this.

Together we will determine the kinds of foods you and your family like to eat. I will grocery shop, prepare the meals fresh, and package them for you to heat and serve for your family. This is a great alternative for those that are on the go and just don't have time to cook a good homemade meal for themselves or the family.
