As of today, our DIY package has been reduce to one flat rate. Price is $1000, plus $200 refundable cleaning fee. Guest count can be 50 to 150 guest, it doesn't matter the price stays the same.
Package details as follows:
DIY wedding rentals includes 4hour setup after 4 pm Friday, Saturday 8am- 10 pm. The price includes tables( 3' wX 6'l) 30x60 Barn, chairs, and chair covers for reception area, wood benches for the wedding ceremony area, bridal and groom's cabins & venue decorations.

Secondly we as a family have a situation that needs attention ASAP a family member needs a Kidney Transplant he has suffered with Lupus for over 9 years, he has a 10 year old son and he is the most GIVING YOUNG MAN I know, he gives when he Needs but that part is hard to comprehend for GIVERS

Then, take your ceremony to the shade and coverage of a spacious tent and newly built 30x60 barn. This rustic atmosphere offers a wide variety of photo opportunities, including a bark wood swing with floral handles.
