About Lou's... Lou's is here because God saw a need and planted us here years ago. He set the path before us and through commitment and faith here we are. We are so thankful for the encouragement from each and every one of you that have inspired us, prayed for us, and worked with us to get this journey started. Our hope is that you will enjoy our cooking, decorating, entertaining, and visiting as much as we do.

Our kitchen is homed in the Chipley's Squareview Inn & Venue where each week we create Takery Menus for you to call in for in-town delivery or pick up right here @ Chipley's located on the square at 107 N Pearl St. in Carthage.

Grow… Bloom where you are planted no matter the season
From soil a seed is planted and when watered and fed with love, encouragement, and support that seed grows into a strong and hearty stem looking faithfully upward. The more it’s encouraged and properly fed it blooms so magnificently that it shares its love and spreads joy and comfort to all that admire its beauty. Though it may wilt at times; with continued faithfulness, support, protection, and love, it will not only multiply but it will bloom and bloom again.
