While I can work with customers on dietary needs, because I do not work out of an inspected kitchen, I cannot guarantee any foods to be allergen free. I will provide specific safety requirements for food items to customers on an individual basis to help ensure that all of my food products are consumed in a safe manner.

'Tis the season for.... pneumonia and sick children. I will not be able to bake macarons this week due to illness in the home.

Sadly I didn't get some close ups on these love themed birthday treats, but I sure did enjoy making them!

I got to play with some new flavors including: bourbon pecan caramel with chocolate, pistachio and honey grapefruit, almond with maple brown butter, and peanut butter dulce de leche with chocolate. 😍
