Sorry to say it, but half the family has that latest stomach bug and the weather this weekend is not great. 2 great reasons to call it. We will be closed this weekend, but rest assured, we will be back next weekend.

Anyone ever compare our burgers and prices against the most popular national chain smash burgers?

The minimum price on a Smash Burger with Bacon (Which ours has by default) is over $11 and up to $13.

We sell ours for LESS than $10. We do not settle for lesser ingredients. Our patties are always seasoned well, and our produce is always fresh and crisp.

In our opinion, our product is superior in every way. And we can guarantee you that we make a LOT less profit off of our product.

In just 2 days, we are back at it with our regular weekly schedule! Friday the 3rd - Sunday the 5th we will be back in the Food truck to serve lunch (11-2pm) and Dinner (4:30-7).

Don't forget that this is our fixed weekly schedule. (Friday-Sunday). We are now moving our food truck to the front of the restaurant for service hours, so it is a bit easier for you and the dashers to find us now.

Feeling a little spammy lately. Sorry for that! We had a great night tonight, but are still dealing with a lot of DoorDash issues that don't seem like they will ever go away!!! We are going to attempt to move the truck to the front of the building tomorrow morning. Regardless of the outcome, if you don't find us in the front of the restaurant, look in the back of the restaurant :)

What a great day it was yesterday! We cannot thank Dave Lowry from Lowry Insurance, Ashton Brooks from Big Garage Home Loans, and James Todd from The Old North End enough for sponsoring this event. It meant a lot to our family and was a big help to our business coming into the holiday season!

Secondly, we want to thank you all for over-filling the tip jar! Gestures like this are so amazing to me/us. We are so thankful for this great community and so grateful to call this home. We are even more grateful to have our children work with us during these times, and to experience the good will of humanity first hand. Moments like these help shape the next generation. Thank you for being part of that!

It has become pretty common knowledge that we got taken pretty bad by a despicable contractor that will no doubt put us into some very ugly debt on our restaurant build. It is certainly not all sunshine and rainbows right now. BUT tonight I want to share a pretty amazing thing which was done by some pretty amazing people.

The other night, we were visited by a fellow food trucker family. Woodhill Small Batch BBQ. Run by Keith and Jodi Segura. They came by and grabbed a bite to eat and support our food truck re-opening (to help pay the bills). I was doing my thing on the griddle when my daughter said, "Um, they just gave us a ridiculous amount of money as a "tip"". While I was touched by this, but brushed her off while I finished up making their food. I figured I would find out soon enough after I was done serving them up.

We thanked them for coming and and said goodbye. It was only until a bit after that I was made aware exactly how much that was...And it was a LOT. Like,....A LOT.

Words cannot express the gratitude that we have for this. And this certainly will not be a one way street!

Please do this for us. If you have not followed this great family and BBQ food truck already, please do so. They are the real deal. Please support them. Not only is their BBQ fantastic, but it is very obvious that they are great people!

They owed us nothing. They chose to be amazing people outside of the public eye with nothing to gain from it. We need more people like this in our lives.

Experimental burger today.

How many of you would want something like this?

The Western-

Single patty with cheddar cheese, grilled jalapenos, 2 slices of bacon, lettuce, pickles, dresses with some spicy aioli and savory BBQ sauce. Topped with a healthy portion of onion strings.

It definitely went down fast...

As a food truck, we have done business with Propane Shack for years. They are local, fast and convenient. And all around good people.

If you are still exchanging your tanks for half full, over priced tanks from a big box store, give these guys a go. You will also be supporting quite a few local families in the process.
