We have seen a lot of talk about mom and pop's disappearing and nothing but large boring restaurant chains taking over Castle Rock over the last few years.

Coming from a family that has been working their tails off to try to afford a restaurant space, we can definitely sympathize with this. Castle Rock is a tough place to to try to make this happen. Despite our insane growth, the population count is still relatively low for the very high cost of entry to start a restaurant. This being especially difficult when self-funding the endeavor.

After 3 years 16 hour days and relentless location shopping, we are very happy to announce that we are making this a reality. Coming very soon, the Stack'D family will have a new restaurant space in Downtown Castle Rock.

We are a family owned and run shop that shares the love for very flavorful, delicious food. For the last 3 years, we have been working hard to ALWAYS put out the best product possible, and never serve something that we do not love.

From our Counter Service Style restaurant, you will find an eclectic mix of high quality American, Mexican, and different fusion specials that we will subject you to on a whim 🙂

Your food will always be fresh, cooked to serve, and with high flavor profiles. While we cannot compete (and would not want to) with counter service chains, we can promise you that one bite of our offerings will let you know exactly why you chose us over those offerings.

We are putting our money where our mouth is. We hope that you will do the same 🙂

As most of you know by now, we are going Brick and Mortar soon. We will be selling our food trailer. If any of you know of someone that is interested, have them shoot us a message.

16' food trailer. Just revamped it for high volume/flow. Comes with 4' griddle, 3 full bay steam table, fryer, 4' counter height/work top fridge, 3' sandwich prep, 2 - brand new 100lb multi-valve propane tanks, 2 high volume regulators, enclosed/locking generator box w/ relatively new predator 9500 generator, diesel heater to get you through the winter, 2 ton A/C minisplit w/ heater. Balanced to run perfectly on 30AMP. DM if interested. Will send pics when I get back to the storage lot. Asking 30k

Our Crave'N Food Truck is picking up the slack for all the Stack'd jobs. That said....

Come see us today between 2-8. The Crave'N Food Truck will be serving up all your favorites @ 105 West Brewing Company. We have added the Chicken and Carne Asada Street tacos from Stack'd to help scratch that itch until our Brick and Mortar is up and running!

Lot's of stuff going on right now! As most of you know, we have acquired a Brick and Mortar location. We are very excited about this. We cannot wait to be able to expand our menu with some very tasty options that we have not been able to run on either of our food trucks.

In order to properly prepare for this transition into our Stack'D B&M, we have decided to take our Stack'D trailer permanently offline and sell it. Effective Immediately. Bitter sweet, but it's time to move on!

THAT SAID! We are still running our Crave'N Food Truck, and will be reaching out to our scheduled bookings about assuming all (or some) of our upcoming Stack'D bookings. Because our Crave'N burger truck is doing so well, we are going to keep the menu as it is, but swap in a few popular items from the Stack'D trailer to appease the masses. Namely, Carne Asada and Chicken Street tacos. And if can make room for more, we will add them as we see fit.

So we did a thing. The sign may say "OUT OF ORDER", but not for long! Our first Brick and mortar will be right here in Downtown Castle Rock.

If you have been impressed with either or both of our food trucks, you have not seen anything yet!

Located at 110 S. Wilcox St., Castle Rock CO. We will be building this site out over the next few months, and will keep you all informed of our progress and potential opening date when we are near completion.

Wow. What a showing last night! We cooked big and still sold out of birria by about 6:45! We saw quite a few people that missed our last day of birria. So glad you did not miss this day :)
