Chris requested the No Bake Peanut Butter pie again. Asked for chocolate chips in it. He picked out dark chocolate. I didn't have the chocolate crust so used a regular one. He says it's awesome but next time mini chocolate chips and chocolate crust. It won't last long I know.

So all these ingredients plus cool whip turn into a wonderful smooth silky peanut butter pie. Chris loved it. Said one of the best. It's all gone. Made it Monday. Definitely will make it again. Very simple to make too.

As a couple of you guessed from the ingredients last night this is what was in the crock pot. A play on a recipe I saw on fb called a busy day soup. Came out very yummy. Was nice on a chilly night. More to come.in the crock pot as the season begins.

I know this isn't a cake or cookie. It's what was for dinner last night. A casserole of sorts apple pie filling, stuffing, pork chops, cram of mushroom soup. Baked in oven then topped with shredded cheese and put back in to melt. YUMMM

I thought I had posted these but must have had some technical error. Last week I make doggy treats for 2 of my friends little doggies. Before I knew it I had a lot of treats and needed more.doggies to share with so 2 other friends who had doggies. Forgot how many.this recipe made. I believe I had 4 very happy doggies.

Here's my project from yesterday, a fall wedding cake. I waited to post until today out of respect to my friends who got married today. Congratulations Chelsea and Brian. I wish you many years of love and adventures together. Thank you for letting me do your cake and have creative choice decorating it. Fall cakes are my favorite.

Rice Krispie Peanut Butter Balls

Decided to make hubby some.cookies. I made oatmeal chocolate chip, peanut butter chip, and butterscotch chips. Thought why not he likes all those flavors. I managed to even keep them soft baked like he likes them. Perfect timing he finished his peanut butter eclair cake.

Thick n' Chewy Peanut Butter Cookies

These are my favourite peanut butter cookies 😋.

1/2 cup butter softened
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 large egg
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

Cream together the butter, peanut butter, white sugar, brown sugar, egg and vanilla. In a separate bowl sift together remaining ingredients. Mix dry ingredients into wet mixture gradually. Using a medium cookie scoop, separate into mounds on parchment lined baking sheet.

Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 10 to 12 minutes (depending on size). DO NOT OVER BAKE! Allow to cool five minutes before removing to wire racks.

Note: A batch makes 24 cookies using a 2 tbsp cookie scoop.

Here's the cake I used the flowers on that I made the other day along with a few other colors I had. Made 2 cakes for a dear friend who turned 80. One for her to have at home with her family and the other for.todsy with our sewing friends.
