Hi friends!

As my fall/winter inquiries roll in, I thought I should come on here to announce that my service list is going to be changing for the unforeseeable future. The following list of services is all that I will be offering as of AUGUST 1, 2024:

- Venue rentals for weddings and parties
- Grab + Go Balloon Garlands
- Letter/Number Balloon Mosaics (for pick up only)
- Stationary Services (custom cards, invitations, signage, etc.)

I will NOT be offering any decorating services or off-site set ups. Certain things indoors and on-site may be doable, so just ask if you’re renting the venue.

If I have already spoken with you about your event AND received a deposit, this does not apply to you! If you have NOT paid a deposit, your booking will now be limited to the new list of services above.

COMMUNITY EVENTS FOR THE LAST HALF OF THE YEAR ARE ON HOLD (*Haunted House, Christmas at the Tompkins’/Angel Tree). I will release more information closer to the dates if I see potential to host them.
*The Jamboree held on July 27, 2024 will not be affected!

🫶🏻 All is well in my world so please don’t worry. It’s just time for me and my husband to take a step back and regroup. Please know that my decisions for this change are necessary but TEMPORARY. I hope to bring you all more exciting experiences in the future. Thank you for your understanding!

I am late to planning this year, but SAVE THE DATE for the 4th Annual Jamboree at the Tompkins’!

I will be welcoming back full bands from your favorite locals: The Weekend Warriors and Josh Pantry Music!

I will add vendors below as soon as I am able and will update this post frequently so you can stay up to date on who to look for when you get here! Tag your favorite event vendors and local businesses in the comments 🫶🏻

Historic tours, inflatables, and food will also be available! I also have a potential surprise up my sleeve but can’t announce until the details are ironed out 🤫

I CAN’T WAIT TO SEE EVERYONE THERE!

❗️VENDORS: Message my business page or text (304) 993-3536 to reserve your booth! You will need to provide your own table(s) and tent. Due to the growth of my event, I will be limiting the size of the spaces this year—each space will accommodate a 10x10’ tent. You are able to purchase up to 2 booth spaces. Price is $25/space. I welcome vendors of ALL kinds, but do NOT allow food sales (candies and baked goods are welcome). Also, many vendors ask so I wanted to mention that last year there were approximately 1,200 attendees throughout the event.

‼️ EVENTS AT THE TOMPKINS’ IS SXS/ATV FRIENDLY! The Town of Cedar Grove, however, IS NOT! Riders, PLEASE be sure you are coming off the trails onto Horsemill Hollow Rd from the top of Counterfeit or the Trash Dump to avoid local law enforcement. You are LEGALLY allowed to ride out of Horsemill Hollow Rd to the event where there are no lines in the road. KNOW YOUR RIGHTS! Please drive SLOW and be respectful! Also, be extra vigilant when driving due to the presence of CHILDREN at this event. Everyone’s safety is my TOP priority!

Hey friends! SHARE PLEASE 🐰🌷

I thought it might be a good time to HOP on here and let you all know that I am NOT doing an Easter event this year. On account of the massive Easter event in Charleston and so many other local egg hunts, I feel that my usual event may not have the turn out that I would normally hope for. I understand that many of you will be let down by this, but please don’t fret! I have alternative plans for the kids coming this summer and will be putting my Easter budget towards those things!

Some things I am working on that you can look forward to:

🍿 I will be doing outdoor movie nights on Fridays when I don’t have events booked.
🫧 I have a FOAM PARTY for the younger crew still in the planning phase but I will release information as soon as a date is settled.
🎵 Let’s not forget my Jamboree in late July—details will be released in the next few days for that.
🎤 I can’t say much at this time, but know that I am working on getting MORE live music to you all this summer! BIG plans on this front!
👻 ANNNDDD I WILL BE BRINGING BACK THE HAUNTED HOUSE THIS OCTOBER!

🌿 A King is Coming 🐾

When it comes to parties, I do a lot of them. Some of them more special to me than others—that’s just business—but this one was probably the most meaningful party to date… the celebration of my first baby nephew, Cooper.

So grateful that Jessica and Noah trusted me with this entire day.

✨My spring calendar is booking up!✨

For those who don’t know me personally, my very first nephew is due on May 11 and I will be traveling to Tampa, FL for his arrival somewhere around that time and I will also be going to Nashville later that month for my cousin’s bachelorette trip.

I have been careful with how/what I am booking so that I can maximize my availability for you all! I wanted to let you know that March, April and May are almost completely full! If you have an event and are needing my services or venue in that time frame, PLEASE reach out sooner rather than later!

- Park along the road in FRONT of the house and enter in the FRONT door. I will not be letting people in the back unless I specifically ask you to do so.
- I will need to see photo ID and obtain your signature. You MUST be the parent or guardian of the child(ren). Have it ready when you come in to make the process faster.
- KNOCK BEFORE YOU ENTER. For privacy and security reasons, I will only allow one family in at a time. Do not enter until you are ushered in.

You are welcome to come get your gifts at any time within these time windows. I will likely do by appointment only throughout the weekdays, but for this weekend, you do not need an appointment!
