The Yard at 1st & 1st West is Cedar Rapids, Iowa's premier outdoor entertainment district. It's Cedar Rapids gathering place. WELCOME! Free WiFi is available.

Nested in the heart of Kingston Yard, the venue features a courtyard plus the ImOn Stage for live performances and viewings. RULES OF THE YARD:

Kingston Yard/The Yard is private property. Video surveillance is in use. Restrooms are available - located north of the ImOn Stage in 151 Lofts, accessible during park and event hours. PLEASE HELP US CARE FOR THE YARD:

s clean - use the available trash and recycling cans. Please leash and clean up after your pet - use the available dog waste stations. Children must be supervised at all times - no climbing on the stage and use the playground area responsibly. THIS PARK DOES NOT ALLOW:

Outside food and drink - food and drink may be purchased from a business within the development and consumed in the park. Outside vending, soliciting, loitering or overnight use. Motorized vehicles. Smoking or vaping. Skateboarding or rollerblading.

We are lucky to be at both NewBo Market AND now Kingston Yard. We're right next to Pickle Palace and Big Grove. Kids are playing in the new playground just outside our windows. Life is good. Stop by for a slice, a wood fired pizza or a large New Yorker. See you soon.
