My last order of 2024! 🥲 It's been an incredible journey since launching my micro-bakery this fall. I've had the pleasure of meeting so many wonderful people and hearing their heartwarming stories about how sourdough brings joy to their families. I'm incredibly excited to see what 2025 holds for my business and the new connections and inspiring stories I'll encounter along the way.

Back home from our vacation and was happily back in the kitchen feeding my starter and ready to bake within a few hrs 😊

I've been challenging my sourdough game lately, and this loaf is definitely a new favorite. The blueberries add a burst of juicy sweetness, while the lemon zest brings a bright and tangy flavor. I'm so happy with how it turned out! It's perfect for toast with butter, or even just snacking on its own. 😋
