We now offer on Sunday’s an ‘All You Can Eat Buffet’ for $15. This includes drinks and dessert. Our ever changing buffet menu will include a salad bar, desserts, & drinks. Come out and enjoy our delicious buffet that will feature many items that are used in either our restaurant or catering events. Check our page for weekly details. Our buffet consists of homemade items like Chicken, Brisket, Ham, Turkey, Mashed Potatoes, Party Potatoes, Salads, Gravy, Macaroni & Cheese, etc. We take pride in offering the best quality products that will be featured on our ‘All You Can Eat Buffet’!

Our buffet will be offered at Vermillion Acres 1857 (formally Manhattan Steakhouse) from 11am-2pm on Sunday’s only.

Formerly known as the Manhattan and Trophies Sports Bar, new owners Justin and Corrie Wray have reopened the venue as Vermillion Acres 1857 - Wray’s Sports Bar. Justin and Corrie have been involved in the Restaurant/Catering Business for over five years. We offer in house and on site catering for a variety of events. We have specialized in weddings, business dinners, reunions, golf outings, family dinners, and holiday events. We have 2 banquet rooms as well as 2 additional rooms that can be rented for large or small events.
