The holiday season can be full of delicious indulgences, but that doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy the season and still feel energized, glowing, and confident. 🌟 I’ve put together some easy swaps (check out below!) to help you stay on track while fueling your body for what’s to come. 💪🏻 Make it a goal to hit at least 35 g of protein per meal—yes ladies, this means no skipping breakfast! Protein is essential for muscle tone, body recomposition, glowing skin, and feeling satisfied throughout the day. Aim for a protein—packed breakfast to set the tone for your day!
💧 Hydrate! Water is your secret weapon for glowing skin, energy, and overall wellness. Drink as much water as possible throughout the day to keep your body detoxing and feeling its best.
