Price per quart- $25 plus tax
Pick up day will be Sunday December 17th at

With the every day of the hustle and bustle of work, schedules, sleep deprivation, over thinking, and preparing meals for 230 kids, it's nice to take a minute and read to some amazing kiddies that appreciate every word, every sound, every laugh, and every shimmy. ( this book had us doing the most 🤣🤣🤣)

Soooo I stepped out on faith and tried something new!!! Being a food vendor is hard work and anything that could happen leading up to this event, happened! When I tell you I have THE BEST SUPPORT SYSTEM IN THE WORLD, that is what I mean! People working behind the scenes to make sure I'm successful, and I cherish each and every one of them for showing up, encouraging me, and pushing me to be better. Shout out to my mommy Cora Smith who is always willing to help, you da best!💜

That one time I worked at as a garde manger banquet chef.
This was a tasting for a wedding. I was only there a short while and then Covid hit. I worked with some great chefs and it was a bit nostalgic for me because my mom worked there when I was little. She definitely has some stories! When I graduated culinary school this was top on my list. I wanted to cook where my mom cooked and I applied but didn't get the job. Bummer. Say it with me not my timing but God's timing. I didn't know years later I would be right where I wanted to be. It was a good ride, and now it is apart of my culinary journey.❤

How can one item inspire a whole meal??? This is how!
Tzatziki is the culprit and this Lemon Garlic Salmon Bowl was the result. 😋

Roasted red onions, red peppers, and Organic Rainbow Cauliflower
Cubed Feta Block and roasted it with evoo and Salt Free Garlic and Herb
Cubed the salmon, seasoned it and sautéed it in evoo
Cooked some Basmati Rice

Plated it in one of my favorite bowls and garnished it with restaurant prepared Tzatziki and toasted pita.
