I cannot think of a more perfect picture that represents the very essence of Sara and Sam.
It was such a privilege to be their Day Of wedding coordinator back in September 2021 at the beautiful venue of in South Buffalo, NY.
They had their perfect day meticulously planned and envisioned, and we were essentially their boots on the ground executing their dream day.
A few weeks prior to the big day, we went over the couple’s mood boards and timelines. We created an inventory of all the items that would be required for set up. During the week of the wedding, I set up calls with all third party vendors to review all their contracts and create a master timeline.
On the day of, we worked with the venue and all of the incredible vendors to ensure everything ran on schedule. We also handled set up and decor for the reception area, gift tables, sweets table and guestbook.
My favorite part of this day was getting a chance to see Sara ( who I also know from our day jobs) glow with pure happiness and love as she married the love of her life.

☁️ Thank you Dentinger family for letting me design this custom piece for Charlotte’s first birthday.
👗 We used our birthday girl’s dress from as our inspiration for this whimsical, ethereal color palette.
🌺 We custom built a simple white rectangular arch and installed our balloons around and through to give it a dreamy look. 🫖 The little gold butterfly accents and cloud balloons top off the overall wonderland aesthetic.
🥺 I am so grateful for clients like Kelly and her sweet family. They made us feel at home in theirs and were an absolute DREAM to create for. We hope Charlotte had a ONEderful day!

Funny story is that the party was originally outdoors at Island Park and needed to be moved indoors last minute due to the rain. We had prepped our balloons for a completely different installation design and improvised with this grand staircase balloon garland, and threw in a few un-filled pieces near the front door and in the beautiful Great Room.

🧗‍♀️First up in our inventory is The Big Little Climbing Wall.

🪢 This two- sided structure features a rock climbing wall and a cargo rope net course. The wall height is adjustable and the incline can be modified to accommodate children (ages 2 and up). At its full height it stands at 6.3 ft tall and 4 ft wide.

🪅 The wall is perfect for children’s parties and is painted in neutral white exterior paint to withstand the elements. It can be decorated in multiple creative ways to accommodate your unique theme and color palette.

🛻 The wall can be collapsed by an adult for easy transportation, portability and storage.

⛑ The wall can also be used indoors and has been built with safety as first priority. Fun is definitely a close second!
