We had an incredible opportunity to give back by donating a glamping experience to a local organization called LEAD Girls of North Carolina. LEAD Girls, which stands for “Learning Every Day, Achieving Dreams,” supports at-risk and low-income preteen girls. It was such a joy to be part of their kick-off event for the new school year this past Saturday. While it may sound cliché, I genuinely believe that giving can be more rewarding than receiving. 🌿WE CAN DO HARD THINGS🌿Packing up my car for a glamping experience used to give me anxiety! At first glance, there is no way everything can fit. But if I place pillows on the floor boards and THEN fold the seats down, I can squeeze in two extra bags. Also, if I put the mattresses in first, there is just enough space between them for long skinny items like: rugs, bag chairs, projector screen, etc.We all have the remarkable ability to overcome difficult challenges and achieve great things through determination, perseverance, and innovation. All of these characteristics are God given and available to us!
