Today Elliot and I were in Asheville serving with World Central Kitchen. This organization is incredible, bringing in the kind of resources and gathering volunteers that no government agency can do in that short amount of time. Each pot can serve up about 2500 meals, and the helicopters can only take 4 transport boxes at a time with many sent by van, so imagine time it takes to feed people. The volunteers are a family and I heard from and saw people I served with in Poland. If you haven't every volunteered do it because remember, whatever problems each of us has someone always has it worse and at least providing a good meal when they've lost everything at least brings a little hope into their life. Please keep donating to www.wck.org. They can provide more food, at a lower cost, and faster and people need food NOW!

AS SEEN ON TV. Look for us monthly on the Charlotte Today Show on WCNC-NBC and WBTV-CBS where we help people cook amazing food outdoors. We cater corporate and personal events offering a wide cuisine selections like American, Asian, Middle Eastern, and of course our award winning traditional and upscale BBQ. What makes our food great is that our goal is to grill as many of our menu items as possible because a grill or smoker is a “flavor factory” adding a lot more flavor to any dish than just cooking on a stove or in an oven. Each menu is customized for the affair and we will help build the menu to fit your culinary desire. When we make recommendations we do so after discussing what type of event you’re having, the theme, and even who the guests will be. What also sets us apart is that we are the ONLY professionals in the Charlotte are that teach outdoor grilling and cooking classes.
