GARNER thirteen fiddle tunes for string quartet - Vega String Quartet

Run, don't walk, to hear the VEGA Quartet in a special Election Day performance at the Bechtler Museum of Modern Art, the new home of our "First Tuesday" concerts. They blew everyone away at our noon recital...they play again at 5:30! Among the pieces they're playing: Selections from composer David Garner's Appalachian-inspired fiddle works "I Ain't Broke (But I'm Badly Bent.). Check it out!

We love the idea of "Play Me, I'm Yours," an art & music installation. Music & art both speak to the soul in unique & direct ways. What are some of your favorite ways to celebrate music and visual arts together?
