The 5-acre property includes a beautiful garden, modern indoor event space, pond with waterfall and stream, and an historic house built in 1903. The temperature-

controlled barn can host seated weddings and events for up to 215. Alexander Homestead’s city location makes it easily accessible to all. Clients are attracted to the ease of planning and couples especially love the endless photo ops at the enchanting gazebo and throughout the garden.

Who says you can’t do portraits in the dark? 💫 If couples and their photographer are wanting more photos than they have time for, one of the best ideas is to sneak out during the dancing part of the reception and grab a handful of nighttime snapshots. Kelli and Caity were beautifully captured out at our ceremony gazebo during their amazing party and the photos couldn’t have turned out better!

One of the amazing things about Alexander Homestead is the options we have for when you get married, specifically the options for a Friday night or Sunday evening event.

There are so many perks that come with choosing one of these days (especially if you’re one of our out-of-town clients!). From getting to create an entire weekend for your friends and family (think welcome dinner on Friday night, outing on the town on Saturday, and then your big day on Sunday), or having your dream day on Friday and then getting to relax with your loved ones over the rest of the weekend, the possibilities are countless.🥂

One of the many perks here is access to the beautiful bridal suite two hours before your event. 🥂 But did you know, we also offer full day rentals for those brides wanting to get hair and makeup done on site? For our Saturday evening and Sunday evening couples (date dependent), this is one of the fun possibilities that our brides have come to love. When not wanting to rent an Airbnb or hotel room, they have the option to upgrade and book our bridal suite for an extra 5 hours for their getting ready space. 🪞Interested to see if your event date has an opening for this? A lot of you have met and worked with our full time coordinator and assistant event manager, Danielle, and probably know her passion for helping our couples have their dream day. But here’s a few fun facts you may not know about her!

• She’s a Florida girl who still loves running away to any and every beach when she gets the chance
• She loves traveling and has had the chance to travel around Europe, Asia, South Africa and all over the States (she’ll never say no to a last-minute road trip or plane ride)
• She’s passionate about dirty chai lattes, her gym routine, and being outside
• She believes pineapple doesn’t belong on pizza

You know her, you love her, meet our Wedding Planner Carolann! ✨ A lot of you have already had the chance to meet our amazing team member Carolann. She is our lead planner and day of coordinator and truly goes above and beyond to make sure you all have amazing events. But here’s a few fun things you may not know about Carolann🌻:

• Back in the day she was one of the youngest Chick-fil-a store managers
• She’s currently on a Zach Bryan kick (go listen and thank us later)
• She has a puppy named Dutton named after Yellowstone
• She is hoping to visit Italy and Greece in the near future (more pasta, please)
